Responsibilities
· Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination
· Ensure safety and quality control standards are met
· Assist with budget forecasting and cost management
· Manage change orders and project documentation
· Coordinate with critical subcontractors
· Supervise and mentor Project Engineers
· Resolve issues related to labor, materials, or contracts
· Oversee equipment and tool management

Qualifications
· 4+ years of construction experience preferably on road construction projects
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
· Prior experience managing teams or project engineers and working with subcontractors

Compensation and Benefits
· Salary: $100K-$120K annually depending on experience with excellent benefit package to include healthcare.
