Description
Southeast Regional General Contractor is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, & multifamily construction for their Charlotte, NC office. Typical projects are $10M - $100M.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for building relationships within the industry, seeking out new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• The market area focus is NC & SC with primary emphasis on Charlotte. You must live in the Charlotte area and already have a network of contacts with clients, designers, and industry professionals in this area.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years in a business development role for the types of construction listed above.
• Current relationships and contact with local clients, architects, developers, and designers is required.
Compensation:
• $100K -$150K compensation package plus excellent benefits.
