Well established Charlotte general contractor has an opportunity for an experienced project administrator. This role directly supports project managers with all duties related to commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include management of all AIA documents including, billings, contracts, change orders. Management of pay applications and tracking of lien waivers. Knowledge of Procore is required.
