A Top National ENR General Contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience on federal construction projects.  Projects consist of renovation and ground up vertical construction and range between $30M-$800M. This firm has a regional focus in the Hampton Roads area and plenty of work in backlog. Additional opportunities are available for Project Engineers, Superintendents and QCs in Hampton Roads, Maryland, and North Carolina!

Responsibilities

• Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project(s).
• Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 7-10 years of project management experience on vertical construction experience while working for a general contractor.
• Experience on federal construction projects more than $20M with either NAVFAC or USACE clients.  Design Build experience is preferred.

Compensation:

$120K-$150K/year, depending on experience. Relocation and/or housing allowance will be offered to the selected candidate if not local. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare.
