Description
Multifamily/Assisted Living General Contractor is looking for a Chief Estimator who has experience in stick built multifamily and/or assisted living construction for their Orlando office.
This is a solid company that has been in business for over forty years. This position will perform all activities required to estimate senior living, multifamily projects. Ten or more years, wide-based experience in estimating multifamily wood frame and/or assisted living construction is essential. Ability to use computerized construction takeoff and pricing software is required.
A 4-year construction related degree is preferred, but not required. Healthcare/Hospital Construction experience is preferred.
Compensation: $120K - $130K, depending on experience, plus benefits.
