Projects are local and include commercial, institutional and healthcare as well as unique commercial campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who likes to contribute in meetings as well as get the work done. This is a client facing role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys strategy as much as numbers, and takes pride in shaping projects from the ground up.

You should have:

At least 5 years’ of estimating experience with a passion for BIM integration;

College Degree;

Excellent communication and technical skills;

Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with and contributing to a team;

Enjoy working closely with owners, architects and subcontractors.
