Construction Estimator
Top 50 ENR General Contractor specializing in commercial, healthcare, multifamily, higher education and mixed-use construction is searching for an experienced Estimator.

Description:
- The selected candidate will work with a preconstruction team to prepare progress estimates, solicit subcontractor quotes, and prepare proposals, for negotiated design/build and conceptual projects.
- Typical projects are all types of commercial office, mid to high-rise residential, hospitality, healthcare and federal construction; ground-up, remodels, and additions.
Qualification Requirements:
- You must have at least three (3) years’ of estimating experience working for a commercial GC as an Estimator or preconstruction manager on large, vertical construction projects more than $30M.
- Experience with ground up AND interiors construction is preferred.
- A 4 year construction or engineering related degree is required.
