As Owner’s Representative, you are joining a team delivering successful projects that include Education, Class A Commercial Office Space, Light Industrial for both restoration and ground up projects.  

Requirements/Responsibilities include: 

At least 12years’ commercial construction project management experience 
Project experience from Design through Construction Completion 
A Communicator, working closely with owners, and AEC team 
Degreed, preferably in architecture, building construction or civil engineering 
Certifications such as: AIA, NCARB and LEED preferred 
Passion for supporting clients through Real Estate Assessment, Planning, Design, and Construction Management
