Description
Highly respected Southeast regional General Contractor is searching for a Project Manager for multi-level commercial and healthcare construction projects in the Atlanta area.
This company is looking for a qualified project manager experienced with the exterior envelopes of mid-rise and high-rise structures.
Qualification requirements:
- You must have experience managing the exterior enclosure of at least two mid-rise or high-rise construction projects over 8 stories in height for a GC or curtainwall contractor.
- You must have a 4 year degree in a construction related field.
- You must have at least 5 years’ experience in project management with General Contractors, or curtainwall contractors Owner's representatives or Architects will not be considered.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, matching 401K, etc.
Reasonable relocation costs will be paid.
