Florida Panhandle based Multifamily Developer/Builder has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager for multifamily construction jobs in the Florida Panhandle area. We will pay reasonable relocation costs for you to relocate to the panhandle, but not per diem. We are looking for someone who wants to live here permanently.

This position is a hybrid position, PM’s work from home 2-3 days a week and work on the jobsite the remaining days as needed. You must live in the Panhandle area or be willing to relocate there so you can visit the jobsites as needed.

Projects are ground-up 3-4 story, stick built garden style apartments. This is not a one-and-done position. This company is based in the panhandle and is growing. All future projects will also be in the panhandle.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the schedule, costs, subcontractors, pay requests, RFI's, change orders, shop drawings, and all business aspects of their assigned projects. The PM will direct and work closely with the project Superintendent to ensure the project is on budget and on schedule.
Requirements:
• You must have at least 5 years of recent experience working for a GC, CM, or Developer/builder, on stick built multifamily construction projects.
• Experience as the lead PM on at least one stick-built garden style, podium, military housing, urban style, or ground-up apartment from start to finish is required.
• A construction degree is not required. This company encourages anyone who has worked their way up through the ranks into a Project Manager role in the multifamily construction industry to apply.

Compensation:
• $100K-$120K depending on experience.
• Excellent health & benefits package.
• Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid if you do not currently live in the FL panhandle.
