Construction Project Manager -Federal Construction

Highly respected general contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager with federal contracting experience on federal installations. NAVFAC, USACE or other federal construction experience is required. Projects consist of renovation and ground up vertical construction facilities ranging between $30M-$300M. Design Build experience preferred.
Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
You must have 5-7 years of experience as lead project manager on projects in excess of $15M. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
Compensation: $100-$150K/year, depending on experience. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare.
