Description
Top 20 ENR General Contractor has a need for a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV. The selected candidate will have complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as lead project manager on the construction of large healthcare facilities and/or hospitals.
- Design-Build experience on large projects in excess of $50M.
- A mix of ground up and complex renovation experience is preferred.
- Experience leading a team of superintendents, quality control managers and other junior level project managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
Compensation/Benefits: $130K-$170K depending on experience. Excellent benefit package to include healthcare.
