Top National Developer/Builder is searching for a Construction Senior Project Manager / Project Executive for their new Multifamily Construction Division in Raleigh, NC.

This is an excellent career opportunity. This new division is less than a year old and already has 2 projects under construction and 5 more in various phases of design and preconstruction, with additional properties being evaluated.

This position is based in the regional office working directly with the Division Manager to help manage and grow the division. You will be creating your own career opportunities.

We are looking for a Senior PM with strong ground-up multi-family construction experience to manage projects throughout eastern & coastal North Carolina. You will be based in Raleigh. Travel to projects 2 days/week will be required.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 7 years' experience in multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
• Experience managing the construction of large garden style apartment complexes (300+ units) is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.
• You must currently live in the Raleigh area, or be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000/year, depending on experience, plus bonus. Excellent benefit package: healthcare, 401K, vacation, etc... Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
