Highly respected General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager with experience in multifamily construction Projects are located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
We are looking for Project Managers with strong multi-family construction experience.

Requirements:
APM
• You must have at least 2-3 years experience in multifamily ground up construction, working for a General Contractor or Developer. ·
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.

PM
• 5-7 years' experience in multifamily ground-up construction, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder is required.
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.

Compensation:
• $70-$90K/year for APM.
• $100K-$150K/year for the PM
• Excellent benefits package
• Bonus potential
• Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
• Additional opportunities in Charlottesville, VA.
