Construction Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Highly respected General Contractor in Hampton Roads, VA is looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience on multifamily construction projects.  All projects are in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and no travel is required.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of project management experience on ground-up multi-family construction projects is required.
• The selected candidate should have experience with wood frame/stick-built projects.
• Representation of a General Contractor or Developer/Builder is required.
• You will manage the schedule, costs, subcontractors, pay requests, RFI's, change orders, shop drawings, and all business aspects of the projects.
• Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers.
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• A 4-year construction related degree is preferred.

Compensation:

• $100K-120K/year along with an excellent benefits package to include healthcare and PTO.
• Not local to Hampton Roads? Relocation to Hampton Roads will be offered to the selected candidate.
