National Top 50 General Contractor with a growing Atlanta office specializing in tenant interiors construction, is searching for a Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager for T.I. projects at the Atlanta airport and Class A office spaces in the Atlanta area.

This is an excellent contractor that trains its employees at all levels of Project Management and promotes from within. The Atlanta office was established just a few years ago and is growing.  They need a quality PM and an APM to help them continue their growth.  They have exceptional bonus and benefits programs.

Requirements:

APM

• You must have at least 2+ years’ experience in tenant interior construction, working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• You must be able to pass an FBI background check since some projects will be in secure areas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.

PM

• 5+ years' experience in tenant interior construction, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager is required.
• Previous experience working on airport interior spaces is an absolute must.
• Experience with Primavera/P6 or MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.
• You must be able to pass an FBI background check since some projects will be in secure areas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineer is required.

Compensation:

• $65K - $85K/year for APM.
• $90K – 130K/year for the PM
• Excellent benefits package
• Bonus potential
