Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager Location:
About the Role: A highly respected general contractor is seeking a dedicated Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance for large vertical construction projects. This role requires expertise in managing all phases of construction quality control and ensuring projects meet rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and maintain the Three Phases of Control for vertical construction projects, including conducting preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings and inspections.

· Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log.

· Provide written daily QC reports and lead/document QC meetings.

· Identify and submit RFIs (Requests for Information).

· Coordinate and document testing and commissioning of building systems.

· Manage and distribute pre-punch lists, punch lists, and ensure their completion.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum 5+ years of vertical construction experience on large ground-up or complex renovation projects with USACE, VA, or NAVFAC clients.

· Education: A 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or architecture-related field is preferred.

· Certifications: Familiarity with USACE CQC certification, EM 385-1-1, and RMS/QCS systems is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary Range: $130K–$150K

· Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare.
