Construction Superintendent / Quality Control – Vertical Construction

Reputable and stable general contractor specializing in military and government projects has a need for a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager for a construction project in Oahu, HI.

Projects must range in the amount of $20-$25M. Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from construction meetings to post project documentation. Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.

High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience as a superintendent on vertical construction projects.

Candidates with USACE and/or historical renovation project experience are preferred.

Compensation $125K-$175K/year depending on experience, company vehicle, healthcare package, 401K with 5% match and PTO.

Local candidates are preferred however, relocation is available for the selected candidate.
