Description
Civil Construction Site Development Contractor is searching for an experienced Superintendent for projects in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Typical project sizes are $200K-$5M.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct self-performing crews and subcontractors
- Manage crew of 8 people and equipment
- Measure and report quantities
- Write daily reports
- Work with the owner’s representative
- All projects are within 90 minutes of Greenville, so you will be home every night.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years site development construction experience (earthwork, grading, underground utilities)
- At least 2 years of this experience must have been as a Superintendent.
- Must have computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word) and email
- You must currently live in the Greenville, South Carolina area or be willing to relocate here
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $85,000/year depending on qualifications.
