Nationwide developer is in need of a project manager to act an an owner's representative to oversee all aspects of projects. This role is involved in a wide variety of duties including planning, feasibility studies, permitting, hiring and management of architects, engineers, contractors. Projects are from $40M to over $100M and are both mid and high rise.
