Description
Greater Atlanta area Single Family semi-custom home builder is searching for a Development Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing proforma and estimates of complete development costs and budgets for the entire subdivision.
- Prepare presentations and submittals for zoning & permitting approvals.
- Good working knowledge of the greater Atlanta area land acquisition and land development community including land values, estimated development costs, contractors and municipalities.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Real Estate Management is preferred.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000/year, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
