Our client has been a leader in El Paso Healthcare and Hospitals for over 25 years. Local growth and expansion created an opportunity for a Director of Planning, Design and Construction. In managing all phases of this work, you will be involved from planning through first patient. In expanding their El Paso footprint, they are looking for a senior hospital design/build professional to be a part of this growth. This opportunity is an integral member of the leadership team, reporting to the COO. This career opportunity is not contingent upon a contract award.

Requirements Include:

-Experienced with hospital planning, design and construction.
-Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects and manage their teams.
-A Communicator, with a track record of working closely with the Hospital C-Suite, architects, engineers and contractors.
-Track record of leading hospital planning, design, and construction; including budgets and schedules.
-Demonstrated knowledge of hospital specific building codes and the ability to work with healthcare staff and patients.
-Bachelor's Degree in architecture, building construction, civil engineering, planning or business administration with aligned accreditations, (examples include AIA, PE, NCARB).
-Masters Degree preferred.
-Relocation will be considered.
