Estimator/Project Manager

I would like someone with at least 10 years experience as project manager in the construction field. You will be responsible for estimating , scheduling jobs, building budgets in excel, submittals, RFI's, transmittals setting up all aspects of jobs. Must be good with word, excel and outlook.with 2 year community college or 4 year college degree....
