Description
Top 20 ENR General Contractor is searching for a solid General Superintendent for a large healthcare project in Ohio. This is a great opportunity to oversee a solid team of professionals on one of the most high-profile projects in the mid-west!
Responsibilities include:
- Direct oversite of multiple superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Mentoring, training junior level superintendents and/or project engineers.
- Ensure site safety, quality control along with managing schedule and costs.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ experience as Superintendent along with five years of experience as Senior or General Superintendent on large healthcare/hospital construction projects.
- Projects should consist of large, complex base buildings more than $300M.
- Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
- $200K-$225K base salary, bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
- If you do not live in Ohio currently, relocation will be paid, or housing allowance will be offered.
