Reputable Heavy Civil Contractor is searching for an experienced General Superintendent for their Virginia operations.

You will be responsible for leading field operations on heavy civil projects for private, state, and federal clients. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned firm who has been in business for over 75 years!

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of valid construction experience and experience in leadership capacity role such as Superintendent, Foreman, or other comparable leadership in the construction
Supervising/Superintendent experience on erosion control, excavation, site utilities, grading, site concrete, asphalt, site development, roads and or DOT experience.
Experience working for an owner, Engineering firm, or consulting firm will not be considered.
A 4-year construction and/or engineering related degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation:

Compensation: $130K-$160K/year depending on qualifications to include benefit package/healthcare and generous time off.
