Capable of completing a variety of trades that include drywall, paint, finish carpentry, framing, installing tile, kitchen cabinets, vinyl siding. Capable of making small roof repairs, emergency tarps, and board ups. Communicate with the project manager on timelines, cost, etc. Be a good problem solver.
