50+ year Multifamily Developer/Builder has a long-term need for a Project Manager and a Superintendent with experience managing stick built multifamily construction. All projects are located in the greater Savannah area.. These positions are open due to commitments on multiple projects to be built over the next 8 years on land already owned by the company in the Savannah area.
This company has been in business for over 50 years. They know a downturn in the multifamily market has started. They are prepared for that and have always been successful continuing to build during downturns. They own the land and have the financial resources to continue building even if there is an extended downturn. They do not lay off personnel, nor cut wages during tough times, they just keep building so they have apartments ready when the market picks up again.
Job Details:
Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project manager role for a developer/builder or third-party GC on garden style multifamily projects. Other construction experience will not be considered.
• A 4-year construction related degree is required.
• You must currently live in the greater Savannah area All projects are within an hour of Savannah.
• Salary - $120,000 – $145,000/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle, bonus, 401K, health, vision and dental insurance.

Superintendent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as the lead Superintendent with a Developer/Builder or third-party GC construction on garden style multifamily projects. Other types of construction experience will not be considered.
• You must currently live in the greater Savannah area All projects are within an hour of Savannah.

• Salary - $120,000 – $145,000/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle, bonus, 401K, health, vision and dental insurance.
