Savannah, Georgia

A 50+ year multifamily developer and builder is seeking an experienced construction Superintendent. This company has a solid reputation for stability and success, even during economic downturns.  They offer long-term career opportunities with a commitment to their employees’ growth and financial security.

This company is transitioning to be an ESOP (Employee owned).  You will be eligible to be part of the ownership.

These projects will be located in the Savannah Georgia area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site operations for garden-style multifamily construction projects.
Ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead Superintendent in multifamily construction.
At least 2 of your projects as Lead Superintendent must have been wood frame in excess of 200 units each.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
You must currently reside in the greater Savannah area.   No relocation or travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Open, depending on experience.
