A 50+ year multifamily developer and builder is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join their team as a Project Manager and a Superintendent. These positions are based in the Greater Atlanta Area (north of I-20 to Cumming, GA) and have opened due to the retirement of two 20+ year team members.

Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee garden-style multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Collaborate with site superintendents and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Regularly visit job sites 1–2 days per week to monitor progress and address challenges.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in garden-style multifamily construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Current residency in the greater Atlanta area.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $120,000–$145,000/year (based on experience).
• Perks: Vehicle allowance, bonus structure, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance.

Position: Superintendent
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage on-site operations for garden-style multifamily construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead Superintendent in garden-style multifamily construction.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Current residency in the greater Atlanta area.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $120,000–$145,000/year (based on experience).
