Tampa, FL based painting contractor is searching for an Operations/Business Manager for Commercial Painting projects throughout the greater Tampa Florida area. Projects include all types of commercial painting, waterproofing, and specialty coatings.
There is a strong possibility for this person to advance to running the company within the next three years.
The Operations / Business Manager responsibilities include:
• Manage, train, & direct multiple Project Managers.
• Oversight of all project budgets and schedules.
• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversight and input on all estimates and proposals.
• Full involvement on all business aspects of the company and executive management.
Jobsite visits will be a part of the normal duties for this position, so travel during the day to jobsites is required; however, no overnight nor extended travel will be necessary.
Experience working in the commercial painting industry for at least the last 5 years in an Executive role, Project Executive, Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Sr. Project Manager role is required.
A 4-year construction or management degree is a plus.
Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000/yr. A relocation allowance will be provided if you do not currently live in the Tampa area.
