Waste Water Treatment plant Construction
National Top 10 heavy civil General Contractor is searching for an experienced W/WWTP Preconstruction Manager or Director.
You will work as a member of the preconstruction team on some of the largest and most prestigious W/WWTP projects in the U.S. You will work with the Engineers during design and throughout the design process and provide interim estimates and value engineering suggestions. This is a great opportunity to join an excellent construction firm working on the largest W/WWTP projects in the country. Typical projects are in the range of $25M to $300M.
• Leading a team of Preconstruction Managers and Assistant Preconstruction Managers in preparing proposals, making presentations, soliciting subcontractor participation, preparing scope comparisons, training and directing preconstruction staff.
• Driving the preconstruction process from schematic design pricing and proposal presentation to full construction document final price.
