National Multifamily Developer/Builder based in Roswell, GA is seeking an experienced Project Accountant. You will be responsible for performing all accounting functions for multiple multifamily properties. This is a full-time, in-office position with no travel required.
With over 50 years of industry success, this company has a proven track record of navigating market downturns with stability and growth. Their financial strength ensures continued operations, even during extended economic challenges, without layoffs or wage reductions.
Requirements:
• You must have at least 4 years' of construction accounting experience.
• You must have Accounts Payable, and General Ledger experience.
• A 4-year accounting degree is preferred. A business degree with at least 4 years’ experience as a full-time accountant in construction is also acceptable.

Compensation:
• $60K-$100K depending on experience, plus bonus, and full benefits package.
