Our client is a growing commercial construction firm based in Houston, Texas. They have an immediate opportunity for a full-time project coordinator to support project teams. In addition to excellent organization skills, our ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft programs, as well as familiar with the responsibilities listed below. Key Responsibilities of the Job include:

Coordinate Submittals, RFI’s, document control, subcontractor, and vendor communication.
Maintain all project files and communications.
Assist project teams with administrative duties, including preparation of bids, plan sets, insurances, vendor coordination and various other office functions.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as day-to-day organization and follow-up.
