Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Highly respected national general contractor is searching for a dedicated Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager for federal construction projects in TN and NC.

• The qualified candidate(s) must have ground up and/or renovation experience on hospitals/healthcare installations with federal clients such as Veterans Affairs, NAVFAC, and/or USACE.
• 5-7 years of experience on ground up and/or complex renovation of vertical construction projects is required. A minimum project size of at least $4M.
• 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
• CQM certificate and OSHA 30 is required; ASHE, ICC, ACI is preferred
• Another opportunity is available near Charlotte, NC.

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000, monthly living/car allowance and benefit package to include healthcare.  Must be willing to relocate and or travel based on location of projects and reasonable relocation will be offered to the selected candidate.
