A growing commercial general contractor in the San Antonio is seeking a Project Manager as part of a long-term leadership growth plan. This is intended for a Project Manager who can exercise judgment, understand context, and represent the company confidently with repeat clients who value continuity and informed decision-making.

What You Will Do
Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
Support estimating and negotiated pursuits
Coordinate directly with superintendents, owners, and trade partners
Step in where needed in a growing, lean operation
Help shape project execution, team development, and future growth
Ideal Candidate
5+ years project management experience in a GC environment
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Comfortable supporting estimating and pursuit efforts
Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
A PM who thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and takes ownership
Technology progressive, Procore, demonstrated risk discipline
