This is an immediate opportunity for a JOC Project Manager/Estimator working as the principal point of contact with the Owner and team. Projects include municipal city, county and state, airports, historic renovation and education. This company is big enough to do complex projects with recognized clients, yet small enough where you are rewarded for your personal accomplishments.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 8 years project management and estimating experience on ground up and renovation projects up to $5 Million.
RSMeans OR other construction estimating software.
Mentor and manage assistant project managers and engineers.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
Some experience estimating your own projects is preferred.
Demonstrated profitability on projects taken from estimate through close-out.
Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC)

Experience:

Minimum 8 years’ commercial construction experience.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Degree, preferably in engineering, building construction or similar.

Compensation:$80,000.00/$110,000.00 a year along with bonuses based on individual project profitability and strong benefits.
