Renowned San Antonio general building contractor with a strong Texas-based reputation building offices, high profile parks, luxury hotel and condominiums, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for multi-family projects based in San Antonio.
Experienced with new, urban construction over $40 Million and looking to take your career to the next level with a clear plan as an organizational leader. Excited to work on complex construction projects with a solid team.

Have a strong local network and relationships
Eight years or more leading construction of multi-family, senior-living, commercial, or student housing
A communicator, working closely with owners, architects, and engineers with strong local subcontractor relationships
A degree preferably in building construction or civil engineering.

Compensation $135,000 - $175,000 with a competitive benefit package.
