Project Manager

Our client is a reputable hard tile and natural stone installation company based in Charlotte, NC. They install throughout the US for the Automotive, Retail, Food and Beverage Industries, Hotel, Office, and Service industries. They have asked us to assist in locating an experienced Project Manager. We are looking for someone who can immediately add value to the organization and mesh with the dynamic, hardworking, and adaptable team that currently exists. This individual is someone who wants to join a continuously growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Managing projects throughout the US from our Charlotte office
Ordering material, booking hotels, and travel, etc.
Tracking and submitting project payroll
Keeping projects within budget and maintaining cost control
Controlling the schedule of multiple crews
Keeping in contact with GC's and Owners throughout entire project
Pricing of new potential projects
Helping the company grow locally

We are looking for someone that currently is a project manager with flooring, (preferably hard tile) management experience. Ideally, we are looking for a two to five-year experience individual. Even our client is a national organization they are looking for someone that is familiar with the Charlotte market. This is a salaried position with base salary, annual bonus, 100% covered medical and dental, vehicle, phone and laptop.
