Our client, a regional leader in commercial construction, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Accounting Professional to manage and administer all aspects of the financial and accounting operations as the Controller. As a key member of the leadership team, the construction Controller will be responsible for the oversight of accounting, business administration and financial and risk management functions.

In this role you will:

Coordinate a variety of business activities relating to employees, customers, suppliers, auditors, banks, regulatory agencies and others.
Work with other employees to maintain and improve a variety of accounting related systems and procedures including payroll, payables, financial reporting and analysis.
Have at least 10 years of experience in a construction accounting environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have a reputation for excellent communication skills
Use SAGE 300 proficiently
Have a degree in Accounting or Finance and an MBA or CPA is a plus.

Compensation $95,000 - $135,000
