An Atlanta-based Single Family home builder with over 50 years of success is expanding and seeking an experienced Builder / Project Manager to support its growth in the Milton, GA area. With home values ranging from $2M–$10M, this role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering high-end, single-family homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the ground-up construction of luxury single-family homes.
• Manage all aspects of project planning, including documentation, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Adhere to the company’s well-established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction of ground-up single-family homes as a Builder, Project Manager, or Superintendent.
• Strong skills in preparing detailed documentation, project scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Custom home construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Current residency within a 25-mile radius of Milton, GA.

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary Range: $80,000–$110,000/year (commensurate with experience).
