Description: This is a very unique Lead PM opportunity with one of the very best Student Housing Developers / Builders in the country. They are looking to make a long-term strategic hire in the Dallas area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has a solid reputation and employee culture, and to work on large high-profile projects on college campuses.
Requirements: 5+ years of commercial / multifamily / student housing construction experience on projects up to over $20 mill. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred as well.
