What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Project Manager, you’ll own your projects from concept to completion—leading client relationships, managing teams, and driving results on technically complex water and wastewater treatment projects. From greenfield facilities to system upgrades, you’ll be trusted to make key decisions, solve challenges, and deliver excellence on every job.

What You Bring:
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or CSM with a strong technical construction background
1–5 years of Project Management experience with a GC (Water/Wastewater or Industrial preferred), OR currently an APM ready to make a move to PM.
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and trade partners with precision
Experience leading OAC meetings, coordinating trades, and maintaining accountability
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and passion for teamwork
