Our client is a trusted builder in Luxury Custom Homes in San Antonio. They have an opportunity for a lead Superintendent who excels in managing multiple projects from the ground up and start to finish. The person in this role will produce the highest quality homes possible on schedule, within the budget, per specifications and at a forecasted profit through superior management of quality control, safety, scheduling, and cleanliness.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand construction plans.
Ability to prepare, organize, and follow construction schedules.
Must have general knowledge and understanding of all subcontracting areas.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors and on-site crew.Must be able to maintain organized and accurate daily reports documenting work progress.
Experience in high-end/luxury custom home construction and remodeling.

Salary based on experience.
