Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction

Reputable Heavy Civil Contractor is searching for an experienced Sr. Estimator for their Virginia operations.
You will be responsible for leading the estimating team on site development and other heavy civil projects for private, state and federal clients. You do not have to currently live in the Leesburg, VA area, but you must be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
Requirements:
• For at least the last 10 years you must have been a full time Estimator or Senior Estimator working for a subcontractor or general contractor on site heavy civil projects such as site development, excavation, grading, utilities, earthwork, roads/highway/DOT, small bridges, concrete, asphalt, paving, etc.
• You must have experience estimating projects in excess of $5M on a regular basis.
• Experience working for an owner, Engineering firm, or consulting firm will not be considered.
• Experience with AGTEK and/or HCSS software is preferred.
• A 4-year construction and/or engineering related degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
• Compensation: $140K-$160K /year depending on qualifications to include benefit package/healthcare and generous time off.
