Southeast Regional General Contractor is searching for an experienced Senior Pre-construction Manager for ground-up commercial projects for their Atlanta Division.
The Senior Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for:
· Leading a team of Preconstruction Managers and Assistant Preconstruction Managers in preparing proposals, making presentations, soliciting subcontractor participation, preparing scope comparisons, training and directing preconstruction staff.
· Driving the preconstruction process from schematic design pricing and proposal presentation to full construction document final price.
Requirements:
· At least 7 years’ experience working for a GC or CM on commercial, higher education, healthcare, or concrete frame residential or hospitality projects in project management or preconstruction roles.
· At least 3 years’ experience working for a commercial General Contractor or CM in a full time Preconstruction Manager role on ground-up commercial, higher education, healthcare, or concrete frame residential or hospitality projects.
· You must have experience managing the preconstruction process for ground-up 3+ story concrete frame projects.
· You must currently live in the Atlanta area or be willing to relocate here. Remote work is not an option. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
· Experience with AutoCAD, SAGE Estimating (Timberline), O.S.T. and AGTEK is a plus
· A 4-year construction related degree is required.
