The Charlotte, NC office of a $650M/yr. Commercial General Contractor is looking for a strong Preconstruction Manager to join their team.
Primary markets are healthcare, senior living, municipal and warehouse/distribution.
Ability to perform conceptual estimates and put together bids on their own is required.
Charlotte market knowledge strongly preferred.
