Our client is a regional construction leader delivering successful projects for local clients with a focus on healthcare, commercial office, federal and hospitality. They offer an exciting opportunity, stability, and growth plan for the right person. They are looking to add a Senior Project Manager for urban commercial, healthcare or hospitality buildings. This company is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments.
Project Manager Requirements:
· At least 1 years’ experience building commercial, healthcare, hospitality, warehouse/distribution or federal facilities.
· Degree preferred.
· Team player with strong leadership and preconstruction skills.
· Excellent architect, engineer and subcontractor relationships.
