A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation required. Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools. May diagnose problems and makes repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, interior and exterior structural, appliances, and apartment make-readies.
