Texas based General Contractor, 40 years building in Austin, specializing in luxury multi-family and complex commercial projects has an immediate need for a Superintendent for ground-up, construction projects in Austin. Projects are a mix of commercial and some luxury Multifamily, so wood framing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

On-site supervision of subcontractors and all construction operations, subcontractor scheduling, and material deliveries.
Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective completion of projects

Requirements:

You must have at least 5-7 years of experience working as a lead Construction Superintendent on projects ranging from $10M-$30M.
Applicants must have prior experience with ground-up projects. This experience must be as a lead superintendent.
Wood frame / stick-built construction experience is a plus.
Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
Exceptional team known for work/life balance.
Degree preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$100,000 – $130,000/year depending on experience.
