A well-established, general contractor in the Kansas City area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support continued growth across its industrial and commercial project portfolio. What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day jobsite operations for assigned projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety
Partner closely with project managers and operations leadership
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and trade partners
Maintain quality, schedule, and jobsite accountability
Foster a professional, well-run jobsite culture
Projects are typically structured with one primary superintendent per job, depending on size and scope.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
Strong background in industrial construction
Comfortable working directly with owners, developers, and trade partners
Strong communicator with sound judgment and follow-through
